You need to bank, but sometimes your life commitments or snowy roads get in the way.

The Member Care Centre is a phone-in service offering extended convenience, hours of operation and a friendly and knowledgeable Chinook Financial voice on the other end of the line. It's just another way we're making banking easy!


The Member Care Centre team can assist you with:


  • Online banking assistance, like password resets and account access troubleshooting

  • Completing transactions  

  • Answering general inquiries

  • Balance inquiries

  • Investment redemptions

  • Booking appointments with in-branch representatives

  • Concerns regarding fraudulent charges

  • Loss of debit cards

  • Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
