ClickSWITCH is a fully automated and secure way to:
Transfer your automated bill payments to your new chequing account
Transfer your direct deposits to your new chequing account
Close your old accounts at any financial institution

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
You enroll in ClickSWITCH within Online Banking. If you don’t have Online Banking set up yet, give us a call at 1.844.685.6225.
1. Log into online banking
2. Select Payments in the left hand navigation and click on Switch Concierge™
3. You’ll be directed to a new page showing the accounts you can use ClickSWITCH with.
That’s it! Once you’ve completed the enrollment process, you can begin switching your direct deposit and automated bill payments to the enrolled account following the online prompts.
